We are a traditional family run butchers serving West Lothian and the surrounding area. All our beef and lamb is reared locally on our family farm.
Only the top quality meat products are prepared on the premises. Specialising in dry-aged beef reared with flavour and taste in mind. Our beef is matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to ensure maximum tenderness.
We also stock specially selected scotch pork, poultry and game.
We manufacture an extensive range of homemade products such as haggis, black pudding, sausages and burgers.
In addition we make a full range of award winning homemade cooked meats, ready meals, pies and pastry products.
